I partnered with LA-based sustainable brand Reformation to launch its first Vancouver location. The goal was to create an authentic local launch strategy aligned with both Reformation’s brand values and Vancouver’s unique cultural landscape.
I worked with Reformation’s marketing team to develop and execute a four-month integrated launch plan including influencer marketing, local partnerships, and events including:
Influencer, media, and VIP gifting
VIP opening party
Corporate shopping events for lululemon and Arc'teryx HQ teams
Reformation vintage pop-up curated by Ro Brahmand (@robrahmand)
Influencer dinner
Brand collaborations with Formula Fig, To Live For Bakery, TurF, Dear Gus, and Superbolt Matcha
The launch successfully positioned Reformation as a brand that understands Vancouver, generating both early buzz and sustained momentum in a key new market for the company.
